Doegirl - You lookn' better all the time I'd say your still a little short on draw length yet. Does your itty bitty trigger fit back into the first joint of your finger? also is your anchor point changing slightly?

Another thing is when I take these pics, I'm doing with a camera with a self timer that gives me 10 seconds to get in position, draw and anchor. Please forgive a few slight variations Here's a close up of my trigger finger. This is release is adjusted as short as it will go (Itty-Bitty Goose.)

I'm also a little gunshy from getting whapped on the forearm today.

I've been told that getting whapped .... hurts. At 30" I have yet to find out I wondered if you were doing the self portrait , run as fast as you can, smile for the camera thing Good job on acheiving a pretty consistent form. It looks like your release is plenty short now. If you were really getting ready to shoot I'm sure your finger would be deeper into the trigger. So ... now your arrows are too short huh? I guess you need some arrow extensions (I once met a guy who had made some takedown carbon arrows ) I got to make some for myself.

I'll just donate my "shorties" to the proshop so the kids can destroy them As for the bow arm getting smacked: I just got a glancing blow, and I assure you it will turn many pretty shades of purple in the next few days.

To me....the arrow in this last picture looks 2" too long as is. 1 1/2" certainly inst going to bring the point end into the riser.

I'd like to see you relax your bow hand. Make like your trying to stop something, put your arm out with palm facing out, then turn your hand 45% to the right {for leftys} relax your fingers. The front part of the grip should rest on the meaty part of your palm..fingers relaxed. This will prob. give you 1/2 draw length and put the nock directly under you eye..might have to move the peep down a bit and the kisser. I can't see your feet but your hips don't look square with the target and you look like your leaning back slightly...the sweat shirt hides quite abit. A pic with a tee shirt would be better and I need to see your feet. Your almost there, and your form is already better then alot that I see

I'd nock those arrows down right even with the riser.
