100 YD BROADHEAD ATTACK

Man, me and skip got our heads handed to us today!! Great time, good eats, but I now have an arrow farm out there.. ;D

I'll post some pics later...not too many to show...oh, and BT, wait till I show you a pic of that Turbo that I couldn't get to fly straight..I gave it to skip to shoot, and the ferrule busted right in the Rinehart deer...the shot out part..I'll post it later.

Once again here's what 100yds looks like..I love the look on peoples faces when they actually stand there with a bow and look for the first time.


A closer look, we weren't taking any chances..



Well, we peppered the landscape with arrows..This was the best group of the day...none of our bows were in tune...I had just set my cam timing which threw off my horizontal, and vertical. The first shot that I took went into outerspace...skip was wondering when it was going to arc down...and it never did.. straight through the trees never to be seen again..



This Montec was the only Broadhead that I could get to hit the cube at all:



We grow these out here, looks like they're ripe and ready for harvest...



Now this was the culprit of the last shoot..Nobody especially BT could understand why I couldn't get it to fly true..well here's why...I asked skip to give it a whack at the Rinehart deer..and the ferrule broke after hitting a worn out spot!!




It was a beautiful day, and it didn't matter if we hit a dam n thing anyway..we had some awesome backstraps for lunch..sorry no pics.. , and a great cheering section..



I will perfect the 100 yd poke by the end of the summer...I will!!

When you harvest them Hoyts I'll be expecting one!! ;D ;D Great pics (especially the one of Hank!!). I mayhave to give some consideration to moving out that way. You guys are having too much fuin withoput me!!

I would say that between the Bunker Busters and the Montec , you are all set
I will see If I can find one more and run it over to the metal man to put an edge on it.
If you like it then maybe I can ask him to do a couple packs for you

Yessir...not so bad to walk to check arrows, but those targets can put a hurtin' on ya!

BT, if I don't go with the Silver Flames, I'll take you up on that!

And it's been one of the best heads over and over. And...new developement...I sent one into the woods..had to happen eventually, and no damage, spun true...this is another head that can be shot hundreds of times without any damage. (As long as you don't shoot cinder blocks)..hmmm, nahh I have enough problems as it is.
