Ok I took the drenalin out about a half and hour ago and took my pm shot. I was just shooting for the center of my kill zone, no heart shot this time. Here it is. It was a few minutes after 9pm. Well BT you made me second guess my shooting. *lol* I went back out with just the light on in my yard and could just see the outline of my target. I shot from a different angle at center mass then shot 2 times compensating. Here it is.

My bow is about 1 1/2-2 inches high at 20yds. I figured I was aiming just about in the middle. It was hard to see the target real good. I felt like I was hunting for real. The picture was taken from under the target. It was about 2 inches high.

Thats pretty good then So far so good. The traditional gear didn't do me any favors in the dusk but I am pretty sure that the BK wont fail me

Just center mass on the night shot. Probably the same on the morning shot.

Seems as though the effect of low light isn't hurting anyone with a compound. Those were definitely the low light shots I was referring to , where the outline is all that is clearly defined. So....Thus far , I am assuming that level of ability has everything to do with shot placement in low light. I didn't see what I was expecting to see Based on ability , this may rule out the preconceived notion that some people (including myself) seem to have concerning light and shot placement. If shots are still grouping in the same area in low light conditions , even a person with a more open group would still be grouping the same area in low light. Right?

That could also depend on a person's ability to see well in low light, or what what type of eyesight a person has..do they wear glasses, etc... Remember the trad shooting we were doing at your house, and at dark I was shooting better? That's because I actually see better at low light than full light because of the Lasik. But even so, I had to change my point of aim and go center mass, as I could not make out the heart with those lighting conditions. Other people may experience the opposite.

That makes alot of sense plus with the rush , some people may look on the release and if they are changing to center mass , that would allow a very high hit or a very low hit depending on if the bow was dropped or pushed on the release.
