A good night it was. So there are some pics for you BT. Look at the size of those fish! Two really nice ones. I took one with the recurve and one with the compound. I hit an absolute monster and fought him for close to 5min. The hit was low and during the stuggle he kicked the arrow.

Nice Pics! I have no hope of getting my carp now that the spawn is over. The stream just never went down this year with all the water and that made it impossible for me. Well now that you found them you just have to find a buyer  |

Bringing this back to life...
I have never used a bow to shoot carp, but I do use rod and reel. These things are a blast to fight and I never get tired of catching them. I hope to be getting a new bow in 2007 and will use my Reflex as my fishing rig and try to "bag" a few during the spawn.

Sent my application in and got a phone message stating that I already have a permit  which is not possible since I have never filed for one  . I am told that I have to provide my old number in order to renew or receive a new permit Anyone getting the understanding of why I hate this state with every fiber of my being  |

Funny you should say that. The report just came out that NY is one of only four states to actually lose people rather than gain. Second only to Huricane Katrina ravaged Loisiana. |
