I liked it so much that I bought 3 I have heard that they can freeze up but it's a fluke that you can check for before installing. Simply put it in the freezer and then see if it will activate to fall. If not....send it back for a free one. Well worth the time it takes to check IMO The three I have tested fine

Hey, thanks BT, you're input is always appreciated. :-*I am looking at changing my rest from an old Allen type and was considering the WB but saw this and like what it seems to offer. Did you find it hard to tune?

I had an issue at 327 but at 318fps there was no issue at all. Very good rest if you set it up the way they tell you too. (which means reading the directions )

Well, I should be okay. My dad had a philosophy about instructions; "If at first you don't succeed, look in the garbage can for the instructions" ;D I've learned from that to read the instructions (most of the time) or destructions as my dad liked to call them There is a 2006 model on eBay for $40 which sounds like a good deal.

I should say that it does sound like a good deal but beware of the thought about freeze ups if it does freeze on you....you didn't buy it from a dealer and who knows where it goes from there? I would consult skipmaster on this purchase if you have any reservations .... he has all the connections

Yeh, that is always a concern for items purchased on line. I think that I will give it a whirl. Thanks again for the advice.

That rest new is about $49.99. If it were the "Pro" model, it would be around $109.99. That one guarantees that the launcher arm will not rebound after the shot, causing contact with fletching.

Thanks Spiker. Based on your comments and others, I'm going to pass on this version of the QAD. I did some more research and I definitely would go for the LD model if I go this route. WB is quite a bit less but I am still not sold on it. BT, what model did you buy?
