But it has 5.5 brace, sounds like a real shooter to me.

Now imagine what that H.C. could do if we chocked the limbs back to 5.5"

If you check the Newberry forum, I think you will find the speed pro's for around $100.

Axle to Axle 33 1/2" Brace Height 7 3/8"
Nice Brace Height but looking to be other fast bows now with that BH. Question is reliability with 5.5gr arrows.
Be great to see BT putting through thousands of shots and reporting back!

The limbs will be the weak point when shooting low arrow weights and I wouldn't worry too much with barnsdale limbs. either way they are under warrenty

What ever happened here?? No pics if it arrived and no news that I see aobut it not showing up... I think this thread got lost. I've had mine for about 3 months. Actual, honest speeds are: 300gr arrow 60lbs 30 1/8" draw 322 fps 350 gr arrow 70lbs 30" draw 328 fps 415gr arrow 60lbs 30 1/8" draw 282 fps All of the above speeds are with a peep and loop installed. The weights were set on a calibrated scale. The brace height and draw length increase 1/8" when the bow is let down to 60lbs. The bow is quite. It compares favorably to a Tribute in this regard. It is not as hard at the first part of the draw as the other speed bows I've shot. I've shot in 5 tournaments with mine. I've won 3 and placed second in another. One of the wins was the Florida Archery Assoc. State Field Championship Adult BHFS. The bow is accurate and just plain fun to shoot. One interesting thing is that the noise level doesn't seem to change when going from heavy to light arrows. At least not to my ear.
