Actually I only asked that the Mace match the BK2 @ 60# with their speed pro arrows. Personal I don't think it is possible but this bow has that potential.

I think it will from what I've read. Look at the speeds CC's getting.

Don't feel bad BT. A lot of shops dropped the HCA line when they were going through all those problems a few years back. And HCA doesn't list dealers on their website (big mistake IMO ). I'll be emailing them soon and trying to locate a dealer myself.

BT, the Iron Mace will not match the BK2 at IBO speeds. My BK2 would go 343fps at 70lbs, 30" draw, 350gr arrow. My Iron Mace shoots the exact same arrow with the same settings at 328fps.
The Mace is more user friendly, at least to me. I am definitely more consistant with it.

328 is doable with a lighter shaft. How do the speed Pro's handle with the higher FOC?

328 is doable with a lighter shaft. How do the speed Pro's handle with the higher FOC? I haven't had a chance to play with the 5.5's very much. I did win a 3d with the 6.2's with 145gr field tips and fletched with four blazers and using Meta Nocks. Shooting the 145's was the only way to slow the arrow down enough at 60lbs draw weight to make the 280fps limit. When I made a bad release with that setup, you could see the the back end of the arrow sashay around a bit but it still hit the mark. I shot the 5.5's a few times with my TH 125's at 30 yards and they grouped gouped good enough to mess up a couple of fletchings. They hit about 3" lower than fieldtips. I know I'm a little nock high right now so I don't think I'll have any trouble getting them tuned in. Next groups will be at 50 yards. I don't really like to refletch arrows. (The 5.5's were 4 fletched with mini-blazers with all the left helical I could get on them)

Hey BT, don't forget you're working with almost 2" more of brace height.
