2007 back yard season

Well Eastern and I could not wait any longer and had to get out in the snow and all and fling a few arrows. We had a blast. We started out with the compounds ......



We made some flu flus out of some Turkey feathers that Eastern got last year and man did we then have some searous fun. My first real shooting with a recurve. That is thanks to BT by the way.



Eastern didn't do to bad either. notice the arrow as it looks like it is just to the left of the target going through the air. Neet photo.

Appears to me that I actually got you beat on those shots SL....heheh. Yes Folks, that's TWO arrows so close together there isn't room for a coat of paint! Almost like I knew what I was doin'

You planning on trying some bird hunting this year?

I just may do that. I am going after some squirels that love our bird feeder. They will actualy chase the birds away. we will see if I can rectify that problem.

BT I reread your question and if you are talking turkeys it will not be this year. I have broke the news to the wife that I want to save up the money to go on a turkey hunt so maybe next year. But I am looking at getting it done in the next 3 years.
