Don't shoot.
I would wait till it turned to offer me a quartering away shot. To many bad things could happen with the way it is turned and the brush is in the way.

I'm with ya buckshot, the angle don't bother me as much as the willows do.You could sneek a shot in there but I wouldn't, besides there's gotta be a record bull behind her right .... RIGHT ;D Ster

Your aim point is just above the willows and she is broad side I would take the shot

I would aim right on the tip of that golden rod. Aim small miss small mentality. If I hit the golden rod then it offers no resistance for deflection and it is right on that cow. If I miss...I dont hit it. If I am hunting Elk I am going to have a range finder...so I know the distance. If I know the distance and have that kind of mark, I am going to release while she is preoccupied with that mouthful she is going for right this moment

I would not shoot, but for a different reason than is mentioned... The elk is almost looking straight at me - I'd wait. Otherwise, compound - you can lean a bit to the left and get a clear shot, I think. Although, I'd have to be there to really tell. Traditional bow, I'd wait for a very clear shot, and the elk to look away from me.

Like smj, I would wait until she turned her head....then follow BTs lead as far as shot placement...even a touch further back, and a smidge higher.

I would take the shot as BT mentioned.
