The measurements were done with the 55 lb DW. I think that the limbs are 50-60 lbs, so it could have gone a little further. I will check today now that I know someone in our shooting group has the hardware to measure the draw weight. Will the 5 lb make much difference in the measurements?

It's not the 5#'s that makes the difference but the placement of the limbs in regard to a fully maxed bow to a bow with lowered weight. As you turn the bolts in, the limbs are basically widening a gap between themselves and therefore the Brace Height is usually reduced. You will still be close depending on the Golden Eagles setup. Normally 3 turns per 10#'s of DW. For future reference, all bows specs are done at fully turned in limb bolts. The main thing I was looking for is if the AtA was close and whether or not is was even on both sides of the bow.

Mich, I had the bow to a local archery shop today and had them max the draw weight out (67 lb). I then redid the measurements and the ATA moved a little to 34 3/8" (both sides). The BH stayed at essentially 7 7/8". I had it set back to 55 lb as I was comfortable with that. Does this help?

Just confirming that your setup is indeed in spec. The majority of mfg's have put lots of thought into the designs of these bows annd have determined what dspecs your bow performs the best at. You are at thopse specs so we can assume that the bow is in order. That's good news.

:)Great!! Glad to know that. Still waiting for the extra modules to arrive. The more I shoot, the more I feel like a little shorter draw length would be better. I find myself hunting for my anchor point from time time. It may be just my inexperience but I want to try the change. When I can settle in, I shoot pretty good but when I am struggling to find that comfort level, I definitely am off. That's probably what one would expect. I am also going to try a different release that is adjustable to see if that helps me get more comfortable. Thanks again for the input.
