You can also lengthen/shorten the draw a little with a string loop. You can effect a longer draw although you wont actually change the draw length of the bow when adding a loop. That being said ... you can effect a change in shortening the length of the overall distance of draw by eliminating the loop and shooting the release right off the string. I would have to see the bottom cam to know what options you have with this bow. The area that needs to be viewed is the side that is opposite the rest area or the right side as you hold it in front of you. I would find it hard to believe that there is not an ability to add/subtract a 1/2" but it could be Need to see it.

Yea, that didn't come out right. You can have the draw set short on your bow and make up the difference with a string loop. This is an easy way to get 1/4 to 3/4 inch change in draw length.

There were earlier questions as to the specs on the bow so I am going to attach them here now for all to see. It may or may not provide some insight. The new Golden Eagle Obsession featured in Mossy Oak's new Break-Up Camo has all the advantages of two great names. Superior design and precision engineering give you top quality performance. With the Shock Stop™ string suppressor included, the Obsession is a fast, quiet and distinctive bow! The 34-inch Obsession begins with a machined reflex riser equipped with a two-piece checkered hardwood grip with a quiet, interior leather wrap. The riser accepts a two-piece quiver as well as all standard archery accessories. The straight carbon cable guard is mounted above the grip, but the riser is machined to accept the cable guard (either straight carbon or SwingArm™) below the grip, too. The modular Gold Dot Perimeter OneCam provides power through Golden Eagle's compression molded CarbonAir Quad Limbs and is balanced with a four-inch, ball-bearing-mounted idler, linked by a multi-color TechTwist bowstring. The limbs are cushioned, but secure inside machined limb pockets to prevent any hint of twist or vibration. The Obsession accepts the optional Adjustable Damping System. It's not a hobby. It's an Obsession! AMO DRAW LENGTH 27" 28" 29" Optional modules allow draw length adjustment from 27" to 31" DRAW WEIGHT 40-50# - 50-60# - 60-70# Gold Dot Perimeter Weighted OneCam 75% let-off BOW SPEED IBO fps: 284 - AMO fps: 226 STRING AXLE TO AXLE 93.50" TechTwist 34" Limbs: Carbon Quad Straight Riser: Machined Aluminum Brace Height: 7.875" Mass Weight: 4 lbs. 5 oz. OK, do you know what all that means? In other words, do you know how to check for that stuff? Get out a tape and start by measuring your AtA. This is done by measuring from the outside edge of one axle(upper) to the inside edge of the other (lower)axle(easier and more accurate than center to center ). Do this on both sides. BTW- Your bow should be maxed out for this measurement meaning with both limb bolts turned all the way in. Remember the amount of turns for each to set the DW back to where you were.Next measure brace height (BH) by measuring the span from string to the deepest ppart of your grip.Once again, bow should be at max DW with limb bolts turned all the way in. Get back to us on that and we can see if alls well.

Darn it! You do not have the 1/2" adjustment so to effect a 1/2" change in perceived draw length , you will need to remove the loop. Thats it....no other options But..... You are shooting very well and I am just being anal in attempting to eek out a smidgen better performance on your part. You are doing very well

Thanks BT. I am reasonably happy with the results thus far. Didn't do as well tonight as I was playing with the pins all evening and just couldn't seem to get comfortable. Not bad for the most part but certainly room for improvement. I am going to shorten the draw by 1" when the modules arrive and go from there. It may be better or worse and then I can twiddle with things like the loop. I am going to do some measurements on the bow tomorrow to see if it is set up correctly (I will do the measurements and you guys can tell me what they mean. I did find out tonight that the draw weight is 55 lb and not the 65 lb that was claimed. That's great by me as it is a comfortable weight for me at this stage in the learning curve.

Okay. I finally got to the measurements and the bow label information. For BT the label reads; DL=31", DW=60, ammo compound string length=93.5, bus cable length=35 5/8 For Mich the ATA is 34.25 (measured) and the BH is 7 7/8" These are just what the specifications state. As for the DW, we measured it tonight with a hand draw weight device at 55 lb. We also checked stillearning's bow as a reference and it was pretty well what he expected which more or less verifies the accuracy of the device. Good night
