not going to win contest but I pulled trigger wife wanted deerburger so I provided I guess had this guy come in at 7:40...soon as I seen him I thought I'll shoot that if he gives me a shot...he drank and drank and I got to look him over from the front head on view quite a while.decided he looked like older deer and he was...(never got a pic of him on gamecameras but I got pics of him now)..then he turned broadside....15 yards about...had my steady ready on (found out last turkey season I am not as steady as used to be before disabled) and brought the sight down on his shoulder.little buck fever going on about now..sorry to say..musta jerked a little cause it was a little farther back than what I thought but still musta got lung because my boys and I found him about 1 hr. after the shot (had to wait till they could help me)...I was so happy we found him....he was soooo fat he didn't bleed much.(musta been bulkin up for the rut).....0 blood untill about 10 yrds before where he was laying dead...huge body..my 2 boys...both pretty darn strong..had to try twice to get him on the 4 wheeler...the head and cape are in the freezer...I'm going to have my son mount this .....biggest buck with bow and maybe biggest bodied deer I have ever shot bow or rifle

I think you need to tape him anyway. Nothing saying that he couldn't take it if everyone else fails to get one bigger Thats a great picture you got there Congratulations are definitely in order and I am very happy to hear that you didn't give up due to a disability. When the going gets tough... By the way....what was the broadhead?

52#'s is plenty with a good sharp head and placement. Job well done - it's good to here of guys like you who make it happen dispite the minor difficulties that shut a lot of people down.
