So what is the actual price to hunt on the reserve I was only suggesting July weedend because thats probly the only time I'll be able to make it I have a week off that week ;D

Alot of people have plans for that date typically but if it isn't going to interrupt or keep anyone from making it then that would work I believe

Yes, the 4th is a big family holiday...not a good idea to schedule it during any holidays.
