As long as my funds are ok I may be able to talk the misses into letting me slip away. Now that she is pregnant it will be a little harder to just leave for a few days. She will be about 6 months by then. Plus I am going on a trip to the wilderness around april. So we will see. I hope I can make it. It sounds like it will be a blast to say the least.

Spoke with Mark Clark yesterday and changed the date to the second weekend of July. We will need to get these deposits in but April

Hmmm, this might be an excellent excuse for a roadtrip. Mapquest says 466 miles from Martin, OH to Homer, NY. I've never been on a preserve and have been hesitant to try it myself since I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Count me in.

Hmmm, this might be an excellent excuse for a roadtrip. Mapquest says 466 miles from Martin, OH to Homer, NY. I've never been on a preserve and have been hesitant to try it myself since I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Count me in. That would be AWESOME if you could come! It really is a great weekend. The more the merrier.

Sounds like a lot of fun, to bad we live too far away We'll be looking forward to lots of stories and pics of the whole trip What could we set up out on this side of the Mississippi? Any ideas? Turkey hunt in Nebraska? Who has hogs?

I have been so busy , I didn't see your post here Thats great news Doe girl This is a very good preserve to go to for a hog hunt. It is a very real hunt.

I'd like to look around for something closer to home - what say those of you from Montana? ?

Ok. so we are looking at the second weekend in July. BT and I were talking and we figure that we should get there friday evening. That would give us all time to get there and all day saturday to hunt, as well as sunday if needed.
