The only time I have seen that is when the head overlaps the shaft.\ I had the same thing happen to my probag and went to the next size down in head diameter...leaving the shaft larger. That made for more shallow penetration and zero pull outs of the polyfill. Good shooting though You might try getting the pro bag replacement cover and use it to double bag the morrel. I bet that would solve all of your issues for about $18. cost of the bag. Keystone offers them I believe

damn Red! That's just too much bow for that poor bag! ;D
BT is right about that though.....skip threw me a few smaller diameter heads one time when that was happening to me, and it solved the problem of pulling out the stuffing...as far as passthrough to the fletch....man your just going to have to stack two of them together! ;D

This could get expensive.

I have the Morrell outdoor range. It seems great! It is big and thick, and the arrows pull out easy. The state uses them at our outdoor range and they are holding up O.K..The only problem I have seen is my buddies when a squirrel found out it was good nest building material! The outdoor range is 30"x32"x12".

I have the same problem. While mine is hanging it butts up against my carpet backstop, only time I get pass-thru's is when I have it on the ground. I poke the stuffing back in with an arrow.

I had a morrell once, for a couple hours........ got a new bow, new target.. it was cold and blowing hard outside, the wife was at work so I decided I'd shoot it down the hall, so I set up some couch cushions(2) with the target in front... stepped into the kitchen to shoot over the bar.. bout 12 yds..... first arrow disapeared with an aweful....WHAMMMM!!.. so I move the target, the cushions, and see a little hole in the wall...arrow???.....well on the other side of that wall was our 3 day old washer and dryer........ opened the dryer door.......it now had a towel, sock or whatever rack.....OOOPS! so I broke out the arrow, grabbed a ball peen and fixed it best I could.... which must have been pretty good cause the wife never noticed!.... and I am still married,lol,lol..... happened 11 years ago..... so I learned.. never.. ever... shoot a 96# compound in the house.
