I went back to a loop, and It not only did I have to sight back in but it also changed the Montec's flight for the better. Im only a an inch or two to the left. I think I can get them to meet by moving the rest a smidge..which way again?

If you're hitting left, move the rest right....but at 1-2 ", 1/64 should do it. Move it extremely slight!!

Yup .... better to move it twice to the right then too much once to the right and then back to the left then back to the right and back to the left and.....

If you're hitting left, move the rest right....but at 1-2 ", 1/64 should do it. Move it extremely slight!! Well this seems to have done the trick. I moved the rest two clicks to the right and the 85gr Stinger is dead center, but the field tips are grouping right. So I moved the sight to the left and the field tip group centered. Now I shot the broad head and low and behold it's right with the field tips { I had to run, so I could not shoot too many groups to confirm, but I'm pretty sure this is the case}. Now my question is, by moving the rest to the right am I going to get a nock right tear on paper and loose my tune?

I don't know much about tuning but, everybody that I know and trust with bows says to forget about paper tuning. You just got your bow flight tuned and that's what matters. I saw a guy at the shop take an out of tune bow, shoot it and get huge tears in paper. He then took it adjusted his grip and put bullet hole through the paper. He just tuned his grip instead of the bow...but that didn't make his bow any better. He just did that to prove a point. Paper tuning is a good place to start, at least thats what I have been lead to believe.

Skipper nailed it with a good story of something he had seen first hand. NO top tuner (NONE) or Top shooter (NONE) paper tune their bows. Flight tuning is the perfect tune and nothing can improve on it. You are spot on. Have a beer , relax and be happy
