I teach my sons to pull the bow into a open handed grip with the bowhand relaxed at first. It will find the natural crook in your hand between thumb and forwfinger. Just maintain relaxed fingers and there is no possible way you can torque the bow. Unless you grip the grip, it is virtually impossible.

with some arrows gone and some new , along with more tried over the last year....I wanted to get some more input on this thread

Each one of my bows requires a different grip. The bow dictates which type of grip to use.....I have to say that it was BT who showed me how to adjust for each grip. Once you have established the proper grip, then you can flight tune, and decide on arrow length, and spine. Right now the Radial X Weaves, and Maxima 250s are working real well for me.
