I did a little shooting this afternoon and was very pleased with my shooting and the way the rest worked with the toothpicks in both ends of the hole. The rattle is gone, I don't notice a whack on the shelf from the prongs as the mole skin is working perfect and all seems to be working well. I have sent an email to QAD and if they can not help me out then the glue comes out and the fix is made. Overall I would recommend the QAD rest but If you have the money go with the one that is a little more money and has a lifetime warranty. No regrets with what I did and I love the product overall.

I am not sure what to think. I got a response from QAD and all it said was somthing along the line of
We have not had this problem and it can't be anything loose inside or it would not work at all so a forren object has gotten inside.
Not any ideas as to how to check to see if anything is in there or how to fix it or send it back so we can see what might be going on. I just got the impression that I was on my own because I did not have the bucks to pay for the more expensive model. I wrote them back to ask exactly what they wanted me to do. Send it back or just fix and use. I even asked how to take it apart so I can see what is in there.
