You might want to give the Limbdriver a try. I really like mine. I second the motion on the LimbDriver.

Ok during our shoot tonight I took particular note of were the noise was coming from. The area that we feel it was coming from is circled in the photo below. I hope you can see the red circle. I tightened every nut, bolt, screw and even checked the module which I did think was rattling but after trying that........ well I still had the rattle. It is defiantly not a thump of the fork hitting the shelf and we did put mole skin on the shelf to make sure it was not that. The only think I can now think of is that the slide bar was coming loose before and Hopesman and I put lock tight on the screw. Now if the screw was not in tight, which the rod seems tight, could the rod be just loose enough to rattle in its hole? The only problem with that is that the rod is not turning at all. I love this rest and I am shooting better than I ever had before so I don't really want to mess with it but if it is going to rattle ......... well what to do? Should I contact QAD and ask them about this?

OK this is what I found today but want to verify my findings when I have more time.
notice the hole in the thumb wheel just below the area the string goes through? Well I don't know what possessed me but I put a tooth pick in each end and snapped it off to see if something inside of that was loose. I shot a couple of arrows as I only had a few minutes and I think the rattle is gone. I think that somehow something has come loose inside and where I have had the bow over the 90 days they may not replace it but if I glue in the tooth picks it may work for me. Strange fix I know but I like this rest overall. I don't want to have to part with it.

:-/Dang-it ....Call QAD and see what they will do! If they only have a 90 day warranty there's something wrong!! They should replace it! "Doesn't hurt to ask! All they can say is....No!"

Gluing toothpicks is not an option... Take Easterns advice, and get in touch with them. If they don't help you out then it's time to take that rest apart, and fix it...remeber, if man makes it, then man can fix it...

Also it kept my mind off the shooting part and I have been shooting better than ever. Just ask eastern.

I'd call and ask what the issue is.....I am sure that they will know....your not the first I'll wager That being said....it's a noise....if it isn't effecting the rests performance and it's not louder than the bow itself....I'd not loose any sleep over it. That being said....I like the tooth pick idea
