That some amazing shooting for not having used a bench!. I couldn't touch that on my best day  Do you utilize that sling for stability when shooting freehand? |

Yes, I use the sling. Trying to get away from it as I don't believe they are legal at most 3-D shoots, which I plan on attending more of. I shoot alot of offhand at 30. I can usually keep most of them in a group the size of a snuff can, and once on a really great day, lol, had some guys over for beers and brats and one of the wise azzes put a 35 mm film can lid up at 30 and being as how it was a magic day, I hit the dang thing three shots in a row! This LH model fits me like it was custom fitted and is easy to hold on target for an amazingly long period of time. Bear in mind, nobody takes pics of the bad groups, lol, as you can see from some of the holes in the bag target.

I just started shooting off handed with my xbow it sure is different sitting in a chair and shooting with a steady eddy..

I used to compete informally w/ m/l til i blew a shoulder. I spend alot of time flinging arrows, use a scope, and all I can tell you is squeeze when it looks good and let up when it don't, lol. |
