I have little experience with crossbows, but I have to think the Rinehart 18-1 would be perfect. It stops everything that I can throw at it and it lasts forever. If you wear it out within one year they will replace it for you.

Agreed The Rinehart is the target to get for longevity and stopping power. Comes with a 1 year warranty against shoot out as well

The block cube works well too. I use a 200lb. crossbow, it stops them just fine!

I shoot a Horton Hunter Elite, 175lb draw and the target I use is a Yellow Jacket broadhead target, no problem getting them stopped even at point blank range.

I use a 99 cent burlap feedback from the farm store. Stuff it tight with old jeans t-shirts, towels, etc. Anything fabric. Then I put plastic grocery bags inside the fromt of the target on the side I'm shooting. BH's pull out fairly easy if you have enough plastic bags on the inside / front. It's the best target I've used. I got the idea from a guy on another forum. Saved me a lot of money I can now spend on other stuff. All those cube targets are priced waaaay more than there worth. They are a waste of your hard earned money.... JMO

I have had two of them for 20 years and I suspect they will outlast me

The 18-1 doesn't work well w/ Gold Tip carbons, easier to get last years taxes back than to pull arrows. Shame too, great target.
