Ok, I must live in the wrong part of the country but I think I live in the right part. I have never eaten anything mentioned on this thread. No squirrels, muskrat, nothing like that.  |

Not that I can think of.............. Nothing like porcupine, opossum, muskrat We raised our own beef for years, and had all the deer and elk we could legally take. So nothing I can think of......I will keep thinking though |
