Lookin' good Now, the only thing left to work on is your grip. Loosen the wrist sling, you don't want it touching your wrist. Next is to get your hand to be 45 degrees to the floor. One way to do this is to curl your pinky, ring and middle finger into your palm and only have your index finger circling the the front of the riser. This will put the riser on the meaty part of your thumb. Don't grip the riser with your index finger...keep it loose. The bow will jump a little @ recoil but the wrist strap and the loop made by your index finger will keep it in your hand. The idea is to not influence the shot by torquing the grip. You;ll get less right and left flyers this way this will also kick your elbow out{and straighten your arm a little more}, which will stop string slap on your forearm.

tried that, tried opening my hand so I was kind of pulling back (drawing) and pushing forward on the grip, ouch lol....is there such a thing as target fright? i dont get nervous or anything, but when shooting at outside dots, am all over the place, go back to center of target and all good, any thoughts? or might this be from trying all kinds of different grips that arent gripping the bow?

I think it sounds like target panic. My guess is that you fear the loss of an arrow and are letting that fear get to you. I'd suggest some stump shooting on a dirt road where you can fire into the ditches at cans and such. That will allow you to build confidence that your sub conscious will remember. Sometimes shooting dots can cause bad shooting issues and now that your tuned I would try to move onto something else. Judo points are a little expensive but 5 should last 10 years in most cases and they are more fun to shoot Just an observation

ha!! lol just broke my string, what yall suggest for a good string, to be used on a pse nova w/max draw of 60lb. Noone was injured thankfully as I was at full draw when this happened. My bad for not inspecting the string this time before I shot, it was frayed at the cam, or appears it was.

OUCH! Tedicast is very anal about his strings and when he says he likes Vaportrail strings...thats to be considered I personally opt for winners choice
