HCA will not warranty their limbs. They will facilitate Barnsdales 1 year warranty, but HCA themselves will not past the 12 month mark.
To me the debate between the HCA and PSE, Elite, Hoyt, etc. ends right there. PSE, Hoyt, etc. etc. will warranty their original owner limbs for life HCA for one year on limbs.

That kind of scares me...oh well I will shoot it until I get the chance to purchase something better!

I was given a HCA Machine Supreme and broke 4 sets of limbs on it in a year. Never got to hunt with it. They put a couple of different types of limbs and after the first set I never had to pay for the rest of them. I still have to bow, plan on giving it to someone that isn't as big as I am. I think part of the reason they broke is I am fairly large and didn't think I could pull a bow apart so I hit the wall hard a few times.
Never had a problem with my Grizzly or Vectrix, think I will stick with them for a while.

HCA is now under new management and there using Barnsdale limbs with a Binary cam system...totally diff. animal. Your comparing apples to oranges, Kinda like a Bowtech Black Knight thats 5yrs. old and a new Gardian...not the same animal {by the way I still shoot my 10yr. old HCA High caliber...never broke, cracked splintered }

Do a search on AT.
HCA through their service line only warranties new bows for 1year on their limbs under the Barnsdale warranty and their strings for one year under Winner's Choice.
They warranty their riser for limited life, meaning without obvious signs of abuse. People on AT are trying to pin HCA down on their limbs and they keep skirting the issue.
I do think that yesterday the HCA folks said they will be coming to consensus and will post and print out new warranty cards to make everything clear. But, HCA owners called their service line and got the one year on limbs speech again.

There's a new word on the streets that.... I believe his name is.. Richard.. is going to be changing the warranty on the limbs to a limited lifetime warranty... as a response to many upset Mace owners. Seems that Internet sales will have the 1 year warranty, and shop bought bows will have the limited lifetime for the original owner....an announcement is coming!

The first set of limbs were the original limbs, the other 3 were new ones including a split limb set up. But to stick up for HCA I paid $80 the first time and the rest were free except for shipping. I think part of it was me too, I have a 30" draw and 29" was the best this bow could do. Not to mention I am 6'2" and tip the scales around 250+.
