Do a search on AT. HCA through their service line only warranties new bows for 1year on their limbs under the Barnsdale warranty and their strings for one year under Winner's Choice. They warranty their riser for limited life, meaning without obvious signs of abuse. People on AT are trying to pin HCA down on their limbs and they keep skirting the issue. I do think that yesterday the HCA folks said they will be coming to consensus and will post and print out new warranty cards to make everything clear. But, HCA owners called their service line and got the one year on limbs speech again. There was alot of stuff written in that thread...you neglected this tid bit.................... E-mail from HCA I Just got this E-mail from HCA today. Hi Kelly, The Iron Mace has a 1 year warranty thru Barnsdale - they manufacture the limbs after that we will have a limited lifetime on the limbs, cams, riser. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks, HCA Repairs Dept. OK, Now everyone who said HCA only has 1 Year on there limbs can shut *********TEXT MASKING is strictly prohibited on AT. Please refrain from further use.***** (marforme/mod) They are backing there limbs thru a limited life time warranty...just like everyone else.

So, between when I posted that and when you called/e-mailed they made a change to their service line and e-mail support to match what they were saying on the boards (which I noted), AND they also said they are coming out with new warranty cards that have not come out yet. I posted what was known at the time, and I posted the benefit of the doubt saying that HCA was coming to consensus and would probably be putting out a new card.

I didn't see anything on AT...how could I...I'm banned...but..I did hear it from a dealer...and saw some threads in various other places...looks like they fell in line with their customer base...great news...looks like the power of the written word has triumphed again! Can this thing really shoot 400fps!!

I emailed them not too long ago to see if they had any information about some modules for a set of hatchet cams and they have yet to reply.. So I'm not sure if they would be any good for the warranty. I just got a new job at Sportsman's Warehouse so I might buy a new one from there!

I tried to contact them as to another matter perhaps 6 weeks ago and got the same nonresponse. It was by email as well.....maybe a phone call is going to get a better response.
