I found out today that they are in the hospital with the father of my buddy. the Father is dying of Cancer and was not expected to get throught the night. They are just making him as comfortable as possible and waiting for the inevitable.
I is a shame as my buddy has lost his mom, a brother in a drunk driver accident (the brother was the drunk and did that make my buddy mad) and now the father. A rough year for sure.
