We'll I eneded up trading my 07 Pantera for a 2006 Martin Slayer X with Nitrious Cams. I just got home from Roydens tunning and setting up the bow. Smooth Shooter but I do have to say it is gona take some getting use to the Dual Nitrious cams coming from a Singile cam! It has a 6 5/8" BH and a ATA of 37 3/4". I am shooting it at about 56# of DW now but can crank it iup another 9# once I get use to the cams. I think I have found my 2 favorite Martins now in the Slayer X and the Razor X. I am in the process of switching the Razor X over to a dual Hybrid cam this week so I will post a pic after she is complete!

Thanks guys this is gona be a trial and tribuilation for a few weeks. Gona take some time to get use to these Nitrious cams. Very littile room for creep and WHAM she is ready to take off like a Bat out of H%^$ . I am gona keep her down low for a bit till I get use to her take off, but otherwise I am very happy cant waite till Royden gets a Chroney. I also had a very wierd noise coming from my Football clip that attaches the rest cord to the down cable, so I took it off and put it directly into the cable. Now I just have to get it served in!

What did the noise sound like and when would it happen?

It sounded like the cord clamp hitting the cables like 1000 times after the shot!. I plucked it like a guitar with it on and off and seen a big differance in noise loss

I could have sworn I replied to this Anyway.... The thing is to get hard into the back wall. If you are shooting bent elbow then straighten it out so that you are pushing the bow and pulling it at the same time. If you are already doing this then your release may be too long and you will need to shorten it or twist up that string a bit. (not to much...1/4" difference max.) If you are open up on the shot then the bow draw length is to long (most likely) and you will be better off by giving up on a 1/2" or whatever allows you to be hard into the back wall while maintaining form on the release.
