In your quest for cheap carbon arrows, just make sure that the arrow you buy is multi-layered. I don't think anyone still sells the single layer stuff, but don't take those if they are giving them away! It seems like not many talk about Goldtip on this site, but I have shot them for years and found the XT 5575 to be a reasonable arrow. go to - www.huntersfriend.com/3-dollar-arrows.htmDrop down to line #11 and you will find - #11 5575 Gold Tip XT Camo 4" Straight Vanes Black/Brown 21.75" 323 gr 55-75# Bow $18 - this is for 6 arrows. Seems cheap enough to me, and I like this arrow. Shoots fine for me out of my Pro 38. Not the most tough arrow, but not the weakest either!

I use the GT XT for recurve at times and they are good for that but when pushing any speed they tend to have alot of fliers

are they the terminators with the .005 spec? Yes they are BT. Not the Selects. And I couldn't agree more about the GT's. They have really gotten pretty bad at QC with that company. Wouldn't waste my money.
