I did see these. They look to me to be a cross between the Puckett and the punchcutter. I am not counting this head out till it fails

It APPEARS to be barbed according to our laws in our state, but perhaps not, or perhaps not to other states' laws due to the cutting edge on the back edge. I see they have a link to a letter from PA's Game Commision showing the head to be legal in PA (at least the one he sent them in 2003). Our state requires the blades to move forward or out of the way if the arrow is backed out. Do any of you know what PA's laws require of this type of head?

I know that NY has a prohibition on barbed heads so it is out if it will not retract fully.
