yup thats why I do it. When I get done at 70 then I go to 60. After that my short yardage shots are all touching arrows. I dont know I would shoot at a deer with the 70yd pin but I have been getting pretty good with my 60yd. Heck if I can group good with my 70 I might try a shot at one if all of the conditions are right. But hey lets face it WHEN ARE ALL OF THE CONDITIONS EVER RIGHT. *lol*

I shot some more today. It was real windy so I didnt shoot past 40yds. I did some playin around and was a little aggrivated at my 30yd groups. But ya cant have a good day every day. Here is a failed attemp to shoot my mckenzie buck in the eye at 30yds. I stuck a picket fence around the suckers eye but never hit it. I hit the antler inside the head once thats what gave the high arrow a different angle.

Lucky you and that early start on deer season.
I think NY has the latest start of all the states.....or close to it.

What size pin do you have on your sight by the way?

I get to hunt august 15th because of the severe crop damage program our farm is in. I can hunt until the 15th of this month to tell you the truth. I refuse to do so since the doe's are all pregnant.

BT I am not sure what size my pins are exactly. I can look at the package and let you know.
