Is there one spot where it always click after the shot when drawn? Say just before full draw?

Generally I see it at center limb but I have seen a few crack under the lug that holds the retainer bolt which is used to adjust the weight.

I'm not a PSE devotee, but I love my Diablo. My Dad has had a couple PSE bows and they did have an issue with one set of limbs and the service was great. Unfortunately, I think Spiker is caught in the middle of PSE's transition to their new service structure and new bow lines. Personally, I would talk to the dealer and ask him if PSE sent him a new bow would he set it up for you gratis. I bet he might. Then I would ask PSE to ship your Dealer a WHOLE NEW bow and return that bow to the dealer for return.
If they 'fixed' it again and it failed again, I would ask them for a cost neutral replacement.. "Firestorm X" *cough* *cough*
There are horror stories about every brand unfortunately. But there are a lot of great bows out there and all the top brands, including PSE, generally go overboard to support their buyers. No one will fault you for moving to a different brand if you are completely over it with PSE.

Naw BT.... I didn't have a typo! about the noise - the clicking - I was wondering if he hears it at one point in the draw cycle. Myself I kinda doubt a crack - not two sets in a row - we hope Cracks sure can be hard to find especially when hiding along camo lines or under the limb bolt. If it is real late in the draw cycle I wonder if one cam is timed too early - they can make a loud click then.

Royden, let me put it this way, Spike had his phone laying down and I was on my cell, when he drew his bow it sounded like someone pulling back the trigger on a double action revolver. That loud over the PHONE!!! Very perceptible. Unbelievably perceptible. And to me VERY unacceptable considering PSE just had his bow for 6 weeks putting on new limbs.

Yeah I've been up all night causing trouble on the boards with this one. But you know, it's funny, now I'm getting the how can we help you treatment. This morning I was getting the call us tomorrow treatment. Was it something I said??? If they did this at the factory, I'm not changing it, even though at this point I'll try anything. I've shot about 30- 40 shots in the basement with no sound to speak of. But I've had that before. The real test is to go outside into the cold, and see what happens.

the squeky wheel gets the grease! Too bad spiker had to squek so loud but at least now he's getting some attention.
Sounds like it's terrible loud michihunter - with the phone on the floor and all.
Keep us posted spiker ... I for one am curious what your gonna find.
