The bow is not camo but target color, it has silver cams how will I camo this bow Thanks, Shawn Gotta work fast huh? Here is the crash course advise .... get a bottle of flat brown/black and green spray paint. for the cams, hold the (black) spray can a foot away and just punch the spray nozzle, so that the spray only comes out for a fraction of a second. Dont try and paint it....just hit it so that it looks like it has over spray on it. One shot and then do the other side and repeat on the other cam. Set that can aside and grab the next can and repeat. Do all three cans and let dry. Dont worry about covering all the silver.....repeat this process till the cam is dull and the silver is faded or missing. Repeat on the riser of the bow making sure not to attempt to paint You want to dull and multi-coat and that is it. If you have alot of whatever color is original....dont sweat it at all because it is now just part of the camo. Deer are color blind...they wont pick up on red, yellow, white etc. You just have to have splotches of color as opposed to solids Whats your budget and experience level?. That answer is going to help alot in advising on what you should get for your bow.

That's a good paint suggestion from BT. As far a accessories, may I suggest a Ripcord, or Qad dropaway. If you don't want to go that route, check out the Whisker Biscuit, or hostage rest for a hunting set up. www.ripcordarrowrest.com/www.qadinc.com/c-5-.aspxwww.trophyridge.com/arrow-rests/whisker-biscuit/www.bowhunting.net/artman/publish/KeithDunlap/Field_Evaluation__Octane__Hostage__Rest.shtmlAs far as sights, I would recommend the HHA in any model. I prefer the single pin slider style. www.hhasports.com/If you buy quality accessories, you can simply transfer them onto the next bow you buy, if you choose to, and you will never have to upgrade. Some stabilizers..and don't forget the wrist strap. www.limbsaver.com/2009/products/archery/stabilizers/index.phpI hope this helps, these are only suggestions, and what I would put on my bows. There are thousands of other products to wade through, good luck, and let us know how you make out.

Thanks, I have been bow hunting and shooting bow for years. I struggled with too log of a draw for too many years too. Finally got my correct draw length at 24. I have been shooting a darton ranger III for two years now but wanted to trade up to a cam system. I live 15 miles away from the Darton factory so I thought I would buy local. I did not want to fork out $1,,200. for a new set up so I researched the Maverick s.d. and got lucky. I am going to use the maverick as a back up as the Ranger is ready to go. I don't know if I will like the maverick or not. Thanks for your help

I'm gonna pay attention to your posts in the future. Your specs are rare and are going to (hopefully) give me something to add to my own knowledge base. Have you spec'd out your regular bow? Got any arrow specs and such things that I would like to know about?. I have done enough work with these spec of yours but unfortunitly....not enough to be a guru I love to learn
