I recently picked up an IQ bow site. Initial impression is that the dot and aperature that you aline is very bright. Another observation is that there is only a single track for the four pins. Thats should not be a problem but is worth mentioning. The pin configuration looks yellow, red, yellow, red to me, color blind so its a guess.
Adjustment of the retina aperature only took a couple of secs to figure out and was even more easier once I watched the included DVD. All in all if you like the no-peep you should like this sight as it all built in. It seesm to be made of high quality materials but still is a little over priced by my opinion.
Have not shot it with yet but will post an update once I do.

For those not familiar with this sight - www.iqbowsights.com/So, you have a level at the bottom, and a dot to center across the sight at the top of the ring... I think I could do that. I would love to hear how you like it after shooting it a while, and how much difference it makes in your shooting. Also, I'd like to hear how difficult, or not, you find it to center both the level and the dot, and then keep track of where you actually want to shoot. Just looking for an honest review once you've had a chance to get to know it a bit... If you wouldn't mind? - Thanks!

smj, Definitely. I shot some this past weekend with it but want to spend alittle more time before I post my opinion. The one thing I am noticing is that becuase of the single row my pins are basically sitting on top of each other on the Destroyer. I want to shoot it in low light to as their is supposed to eb some luminous feature inside the areas that holds the fiber. More to come.

It sounds like a really interesting sight, I am definitely up for a review on the product! Thank you, I'll be looking for it.

The IQ bow site is definitely a good site just not really a good site for me. I shoot it with both a peep and without and the accuracy was about the same. Without the peep I found myself lining up the pins with the string to maintain accuracy. If you are one of those people who like the no-peep then this site is definitely for you as it is the same concept just built in. The retina lock area is very bright even in low light and easily seen. The pins on the site are yelow, red, yellow, red and are .19 Unfortunately I have a hard time seeing red so this is another detail that makes the site unattractive to me. Even though there is only a single track the pins can stack very close to each other so that concern was not an issue. The site is well put together and what you would expect for the price. It comes with an instructional DVD that walks you through initial setup. In a nut shell you set your first pin then adjust the Retina lock and then set the remaining pins. After watching the video its a snap to setup. All in all on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the site an 8. It has a poletera of adjustments and is well put together and worth the money if you can program your brian to use it. I am just to accustom to using peeps. Old habits die hard. If you have any specific questions please feel free to ask. If I were asked would I recommend the site to anyone I would say yes with the caveat that may take some getting used to. Below is a link to some pics. Could not get the retina to show up good however. s1227.photobucket.com/albums/ee425/harveycj/?albumview=slideshow

Thanks for the follow up Craig, it sounds fair. Will you be hunting with this sight this season, but with a peep, or will you swap back for something different?

SMJ, I swapped it out with a Black Gold Rush site. The oldest now has it on his bow. I'm hoping he will pick it up and shoot it now Its not a bad site and I think would be great if you area fan of the no peep. Craig

I was waiting to see a review of this sight. I have a half dozen of the no-peeps (originals) and I have had one on any bow I have shot since 2007 or 2008. Great until you get into low light but I fixed that with one of Spikers creations last year.
This sight (I would think) should be pretty much the same as far as the no-peep feature but my issue with it was that in order to have the no-peep you had to invest in the sight. I would have to really really love everything about the sights construction before I could invest in this for the no-peep advantage alone.
