Looks like that shooter was about ready to faint while he was telling the caller what happened I would have fainted!~LOL!!

FYI, I watched that show and the "shooter" was Dwight Schuh who is the editor of Bowhunting Magazine. And he really was pretty shook up! I never did figure out where he hit that moose, but it definitely was a strange angle.

I have had them that close to me like acting like that but never had one charge me. It is pretty intense to have that big of an animal that close. They know you are there and they are basically establishing their dominance over you. Poke him and he will react like another moose has poked him. I have found that this quite bit bigger rush when you have a bow in hand compared to when you have a rifle. Another good reason the bow hunt.

My cousin who guide in Maine says that he would rather be attacked by a Bear than a Moose. "At least you might survive a bear attack " he says ;D
