I would have put this in the traditional section, since it is most common with stick shooters but I figured that there might be an exception My wife (believe it or not) suggested and picked up a medication for me which she said might fix the painful situation that exists shortly after I shoot for an extended period. It is called TOPRICINDoegirl might know if it is over the counter Anyway...it works great It is listed as a topical anti-inflammatory relief medication. Just an FYI for those who have bad joints and want some real relief

My wife says it probably has a hot pepper extract in it and that is what works. She says there is something called capicin or capsacin that has the same thing. She used to work as a pharmacy tech. She's not sure if it's OTC or not. The med designations change so much, it's hard to keep up if you don't do it every day.

Maybe....but it is definitely not hot at all. If anything, maybe a bit of cooling sensation but that is short lived. Amazing stuff....I will attest to that!

I would have suggested horse liniment. Can be bought at most any tack supply or farm store(TSC, Co-Op, etc). Works wonders on any ache and pain that you may aquire. It comes in a liquid that is applied with a big swab(jar lid) or a lotion. I like the lotion. I provided a link to the brand that I buy.... www.tractorsupply.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay_10551_10001_49159_-1______?rFlag=true&cFlag=1It doesnt list what all it does at the link I provided, but it will help with the following along with what is listed at the link... Arthritis Rheumatism Lameness Stiff Joints Swelling Bruises Sprains Sore Back Insect Bites Allergies Circulation Veins Tendons Ligaments Muscle Spasms

I used that in the past and although it worked (kinda) it is nothing like this stuff. Honestly....if the regular things start not working as well....try this
