Hey fellow bow hunters. I joined Archers Edge a couple of weeks ago. I am amazed at the information on this web site. I am an avid bow hunter like you all. I have a couple other Hobie's, but bow hunting is my passion. There is nothing like having a deer 5-10- 15 yards from your stand and they never know your there. I haven't killed any big bucks yet. In Southwest Missouri we have some nice deer but not as many as in Northern Missouri or Kansas, Iowa or some of the other states known for big deer. But I still get excited when a doe get in range. I took my best buck last moth, a 120" 8 pt. What a thrill. Very glad to find people as obsessed with the sport as I am. Good hunting to you all and good to meet you.

You and me both  I don't shoot Bucks unless they serve a purpose or are Trophies. Therefore....I don't shoot many at all  I get excited when anything bigger than a squirrel comes in...unless I am squirrel hunting...then I get excited then as well ;D Look forward to hearing how you operate in these times and with this equipment. |

Welcome - and don't be shy! You can get the idea of where a subject might be hiding, or a new post might go by following the headings on the home, or opening, page. For example, feel free to post a pic of that buck you took and lay out the story for us! If you need help to do so, just ask.

Welcome mobowhunter!! Glad to have you. Glad you like the site, and hope you will jump in and join the "conversations". This is my 52nd year of hunting and the excitement is still there....and ESPECIALLY so as you say when as a bow hunter you get so close to your quarry! Great isn't it? There are some here "more obsessed than others" (  )but we DEFINITELY have a "bow hunters site".  |
