I was just thinking about how short I felt our season was and thought I would ask ................ Our deer season is 3 weeks for bow and then another 4 weeks for all bow, rifle, muzzle loader or shot gun, any legal form of hunting. No crossbows or automatic weapons. How long is your deer season?  |

Bow season is 3 and 1/2 months.
Shotgun consists on one 3 day hunt and one 4 day hunt.
Muzzle loader can hunt during the second shotgun season and they have one additional 3 day hunt.
There is a late season (after bow) firearm 3 day hunt. Hunters must use unfilled firearm tags. There are no tags sold for this late season hunt.

I don't know for sure...I am pretty much limit out before that date ever comes.
Oct.18th till the last week of December I believe....maybe 9 or 10 weeks.
Seems to me that at one time we had till the first week of January for late bow (one week) but I think it's done in the latter part of December now-a-days.

Our archery deer season started sep. 27 and goes till feb.1 Youth gun season is from November 22 to 23 Gun season is December 1 to December 7 then comes back in for two days December 20 to December 21 Muzzleloader is from December 27 to December 30

We have a generous season as well....bow legal from Sept. 20 until Jan 18.  |

Michigan is Oct. 1 -Jan1 witha a gunseason in the middle Nov. 15-30 then a MZ season in the middle of Dec.

Florida was the longest season I ever faced.....year around (Ferals have no season  ) |

Our season starts the 3rd Sat. in Sept. for archery and it's open until second Sun. in Jan and in conjunction with all other seasons. One week of M/L the first of Nov. and one week in Dec. First segment of gun opens the third Sat. of Nov. and closes for a week in Dec. and opens back up until Jan. We also have a three buck statewide limit and a three doe a day limit in my unit.
