I'll have a late start this year, November 30th to be exact  This will be the first time in loooong time I started a season with a gun. Luckily for us Ohio hunters, bow season runs till February. I still got 2 months left to hunt. |

I can imagine that hunting the late side of the archery season is going to be much more challenging.

Looks like you should just hang out near snow men in the late season! LOL
Even if late season is tough, at least you're still out there! Good luck and don't forget the camera.

I even tried a trick this year witht he bow that a lot of people can not do. I took both the bow and the rifle in with me. Sat prepared to use the bow but if he would not come close enough I could reach down grab the gun and get him from a far.
the last time out I still had a hard time deciding bow or rifle. I took the rifle as it was going to be the last time out for me this year. Our season is now close.
