I'm going between 2 & 5
2 if I have to vote....using the base end of the 2 as my aiming point.
At this angle, the arrow trajectory may likely miss the off side lung if I crowd the shot, whereas if I shoot the back 1/3rd of the lung, I will center the offside lung.

Between 2-6 or 3-5 would be a great spot to go for at longer ranges but if I were 20 yards or yess, I think I would surely opt for spot on 6! |

6 looks like the shot to me if he drops some at the shot you still have a great shot.
