I get a lot of practice with that shooting long range..by the time you walk 100 yds to get your arrows, and walk 100 yds back, your pretty winded...that's when I shoot the next end..it's a good breath control exercise for sure..  |

I have a new name for it after this last hunt, it's called the "deer frights". I was able to finally put my guys on some deer and one of them tagged a fork horn and one broke the left front leg of a 4 pointer, that would be an 8 or 10 counting eye tines for you easterners. After tracking him for about 2 miles the trail petered out in black lava rock. They both got a case of the deer frights the morning they glassed up one of our 200" desert mulies. This was a rifle hunt and I have no pics even tho I packed my camera. Guess where I will be come Dec 15th - right there where the big boy was.
