Pictures will tell who won this battle. I had some F-15's in the quiver, but when it came time to arrow-up I had to go with my old reliables. Both the Spitfire Maxx and Spitfire Edge have 1 3/4 inch cut. As you can see, that seems more than sufficient. This was last light and 27 yards...I should have aimed a tad higher. As I've noted before, I am NOT a fan of heart shots. I had to trail this one through the jungle about 95 yards. Give me a double lung any day...the tracking is always much shorter and most of the time they drop within sight. Pictures are of exit wound side.

Massive hole. Let this thread run a little more and I have one that my buddy at NAP posted on another forum. Terrible.

Thanks....we had a frigid cold front move through...got all the way down to 80. Brrr. Actually, after hunting in the mid 90's it felt great. I've been seeing some bad reports on the F-15's...busted up and broken blades. Possibly they are not using the best grade of metal. I'll try and get myself to launch one, however.

Congratulations Red I don't know how you can hunt in those temps My wife told me it was 32 yesterday And I said maby thats why I eat my peanut butter sandwich apple and Hershey kisses before 8:30 ;D still getting used to it and dressing for it.Extra cloths you need to let out your harness and remember your anchor point if you have on things that in my case cover the back of my neck!

Red, I absolutely agree ... it got down to 82 today, it was 47 this morning! I mean come on, this doesn't happen like this in Texas! I think last year was similar to this, and we had more snow last year than the past ... (I forget how many) many years combined.
