Well, last night I set my alarm for 3:30am so I could get to the airport for my turkey hunting trip in TN...
The next thing I know, my wife is hitting my side saying it's light outside...
What a great way to begin turkey season.
My plane was to take off at 6:20am and here it is 6:00....
so, with a changed flight, a hundred dollars later, and the loss of a day...
Oh well, now I'll just have to smile a little bigger when I smack those turkeys heads with the old 12 gauge.

Man lots of birds just no bow shots still waiting. Had 3 Toms charge in totally caught me of guard!! Second call and they were on top of me 20yrds out!

Never give up but man last deer season someone stole our blind and hunting birds without one really makes you think about your movement. When they came in I still had my call in hand!LOL!!
