We didn't make it to Carp Safari, but MTShooter and her husband were nice enough to have us out to MT again last year and we did get to bowfish the same lake! It was a little bit of a challenge getting Logan comfortable shooting a compound (she shoots longbows) and me getting used to shooting such short draw lengths! I connected on quite a few and Logan managed to hit one to, although she didn't get it into the boat. We had a blast and the bow fishing was just a bonus! Logan and a good friend of ours One of the ones I connected on

It was a first for both Jarod and for Logan. We had an awesome 3 days on the Lake. The carp are abundant and can be shot year round. We love having Greg and Logan out here and like Greg said the bowfishing was just the topping on the cake! They are family, our kids :-)

Being out there with Ann, Lyle and Jarod, is just like being with family!
