Yeah....they always hunt in a large group and the potential is always there when your stalking in that scenario

uuuuummmm, well bt you got most if it right!! but it was the father that hit the son. the kid is fine. it did shake up everyone in the party i was pretty shaken up because i lost track of my son right about that time. i say lost track, he was near by me to my left i had move to the right and couldnt see him thought the trees he was right where he was when i walk up the trail. my bad. was still spooky none the less. i did take 4 down all good shots didnt loose a single arrow!!!!

OMG!!!!! sorry to hear such a thing happening in camp!! Guys you just don't know how big Texas is some ranches are 20-30 k acres and miles from major medical spots, damn lucky for the kid.... Now the psychological damage to the father plus what a mother nagging will do to the dad man you can't even calculate.. hope the whole family heals!!!
