I did a little asking around on a local forum and there are mixed opinions about it. It's high fence, but I was expecting that. Here's the thread on the other forum.

Thanks.. I have been to Chestnut and the animals there were on the tame side. Caryonah was nice but thats about a 7 to 8 hour drive.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm limited on time due to cut back in vacation days I have this year. Gotta love mergers. I'm going somewhere as I have already promised the oldest I would take him.

Clarksrange....is that too far?
You could go to Ken Moody's place ..... never heard anything bad about his operation.

Clarksrange is about 20 miles I think from Crossville, so its just down the road from Caryonah. The prices don't look to bad pretty comparable I think to Goldmine. I have wanted to check them out too.

Dun been out voted by the rifle hunters. Looks like we are headed to Goldmine. I'm the only archer of the bunch... I'll bring back a report though, good bad or indifferent. Top choice is Mouflon/Mouflon Mix, Black Hawaiian, or Coriscan. Keep ya posted.
