Nuts! .... I'm out of shaft locks!. If anyone has some x-tra's......
Shops just don't carry these small items anymore so I guess it's time to head for the hardware store.

Don't worry, I'll triangulate a satellite image, and hack into the mainframe by bypassing the security passwords by coming in through the back door...oh wait...that was a movie I was watching.. Hey, I can't believe that I missed the Firenock sponsorship of the hunt...awesome....I'm in...a little practice before the hunt...hey wait!! I HAVE AN IDEA! How about a 5 dollar a member ante into a tightest group contest. 3 arrows...tightest group wins regardless of distance from the bullseye...robinhood is an automatic winner at say...30 yds? What do you think?

Sooo..... Cougarkid (David Robinson) has been at me for two years to shoot the BK2. I wouldn't let him two years ago because I felt it was too much bow for him and beyond that....it was too hard to shoot well. Last year I bought a BK2 just for him but I wanted him to wait. Today he brought it up again. I really wanted him to go hunting with me on this trip and figured....what the hell.....maybe it will start something. WELL! .... I had no reason for concern as to his ability Three warm up shots and then we hit the course,,,,which he ACE'd ;D I am stoked!....he is shooting awesome and I am now off to find some 100gr. Nightmare heads. Thats #8

The time is very near for this hunt and I'm sure you are ALL very excited. This is what this sport is about in so many ways....preparation, anticipation, excitement just plain fun. I wish you all a wonderful time together, a great successful hunt and above all a safe one. These hogs can be dangerous so just don't become too complacent with your surroundings that you become careless....STAY ALERT! I surely do wish I could have made it. The first time I went on a hog hunt with BT, it was just him & me, and we really had a great time and brought back three Russian boars. Then the next time I was privileged to be able to share the hunt again with BT, but also Spiker, Razortech, BT's two sons and of course Greg Krause and his dad. That hunt was awesome to say the least and a very wonderful time besides the hunt. So.....good luck to all of you, be safe and bring back lots of photos and all your wonderful stories. I'll be there with you in spirit!!
