Those are some very nice hogs! ... to be honest...better than I have seen in the past from clarksrange. Generally, (when the pole is full) I wont see all hogs being so fine.  Did you get into the gorge or no?. How did the Rams look there? .... I have always wanted to snipe the ledges for those goats.  Thanks for the pics. |

These hogs were a little better than last years. Going in October contributes to the size due to the fact they haven't been hunted hard all summer there busiest time is late winter thru spring. We didn't check out the exotics this year last year we went to where the exotics were and one guy took his bow and didn't shoot. The goats didn't seem very worried about us at all. The only time I was near the gorge I was chasing hogs and couldn't stop next time I'll try to get pics.

How much property do they have now? .... has he bought up anything more to add to the preserve?.

Those are some great hogs and right around the corner from mine and Doc's lease. Looks like a great time.

How much property do they have now? .... has he bought up anything more to add to the preserve?. We didn't really ask the last time we talked about it he had around 1000 acres he did increase the size of his exotics quite a bit. |
