That is pretty cool!!
If you can find someone who cooks truly authentic Mexican food, you'd be in business. It is cooked quite regularly where I grew up (SW KS) and a little bit up where I am now (NE KS). Not saying you can't cook it like venison if you were going to eat it, but I've tasted some great scrub goat here made by the Mexican immigrant families living back home.

The taxidermist was going to donate it to someone...after smelling this thing, I don't think I could eat it. We are talkin' RANK! I think he might have been rutted up to boot.

OMG! WTF!! Red, what the heck is going on down there?! That is awesome. People are paying big money to shoot those on high fence hunts.

Thanks, guys. No idea what's going on. I've talked to folks who have hunted their whole lives here and not seen any. I looked them up online when I saw them the first time so I knew these were some especially big ones. Of course, Ol' Red picked out the best, but there are 2 more that come very close to this one. Kris...you crack me up with that Super hero stuff. Only thing I was after dragging this Billy out was Super Smelly.
