Fellas and gal's don't forget to keep practicing during the season ..go out and shoot a few from the tree stand and sitting, with your gear on {sent lock, rain gear, face mask, cold weather gear, etc}

Just got back from my 4th practice today and I have an estimated 50 rounds per. session. I have got the perfect anchor and hold mark based on the Byron Ferguson method. I have worked on it for some time but gave it up most of the time due to the fact that I could shoot well by instinct. But now that I have the method down , I wont be so quick to let it go Good point Votto

If it wasn't for practicing it seems I wouldn't get to shoot anything! ;D I haven't seen anything the last few times out. I'm going to try to get in some mid-day hunts and see if that changes my luck.

Yoost not ernuf toime --yumpin yimminy toime to be gittin my fish traps aroun' an waitin' on der frikkin ice, yah you bet.(my best mock swedish accent, and yes I am dyin to ice fish). Seriously, I practice every day, usually two to three times a day with the recurve. Gun season is in full swing, and the few times I've gone it has just been a bust. I spent today moving the last woodpile and tuning the wife's car for the trip to New Jerky to visit the Mutha In Law for Christmas. Yee-hah!(tell me when it stops hurting)........

I think I got you beat... I went shopping for Thanksgiving with the wife. Not only did we get to "bond" but I got to "bond" with everyone else's wife that was pissed because they waited too long to buy the turkey! P.S. It never stops hurting - bring on the pain!!!
