I love to eat anything that will fit on a hamburger, or hero roll. Today I made two...lunch was backstraps, and dinner was sausage...first the backstraps..
Al I did was butterfly the backstraps, pound them even, then flour, egg, and breadcrumb them.
Fried them in oil just like a chicken cutlet, then put them on a toasted Martin's Potato bread hamburger roll with a slice of ham, and a slice of pepperoni....a very good lunch..
